Yes. Our design team prepares all drawings and manages municipal approvals, environmental clearances and utility connections on your behalf.
Can you work with my own architect?
Absolutely. We regularly execute designs from external architects and provide value-engineering input to keep them buildable and on budget.
How do you guarantee the project timeline?
Every contract includes a detailed construction programme with milestone dates. Delays attributable to us carry agreed penalties.
What warranty do you provide?
Structural work carries a 10-year warranty; waterproofing 5 years; finishes and fittings 1 year — all in writing.
Do you take small renovation jobs?
Yes, our renovation division handles projects from single-room remodels to full building retrofits.
How are payments structured?
Payments are milestone-linked: you pay only when a certified stage of work is complete. No large advances.
